Terry Don Sheppard

Terry Don Sheppard 61, of Delbarton, West Virginia went home to be with the lord on March 19th, 2024. 
 
Born February 14, 1963. The son of the late Rebecca and James Edward Sheppard.
 
 Terry is proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents. 
 
Terry worked many years of his life in the trucking industry, hauling coal. He worked at many of the local trucking companies and loved every day of it. He enjoyed bossing the family projects around the house, working on his car, and riding side by sides and horses. He was also a horse farrier in his younger years. 
 
Those left to cherish his memory include his Children: Ashley (John David) Smith, Terry Don (Jennifer) Sheppard, Shaun (Caitlin) Sheppard, Paige (AJ) Chapman. Brothers: Finley (Marsha) Sheppard, and Columbus (Renee) Sheppard. Sisters: Debra Sheppard, Tammy (Ralph) Sheppard-Adams, and Melissa (Freddie) Newberry. Grandchildren: Brayden Hall, Ethan Smith, Ashton Smith, Alyssa Sheppard, Abbey Sheppard, Olivia Sheppard, Paityn Hatfield, Journey Hatfield, Damon Chapman.
 
Visitation will be held on March 22nd, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Service will be held on March 22nd, 2024 at 1:00pm at the East Kermit Church of God with Matt Wilson Officiating. Burial will follow in the Mahone Cemetery in Lenore, WV. He will be carried to his final resting place by friends and family.
